What are your products made of?
All of our products are digitally printed in process CMYK on vinyl with an epoxy or polyurethane resin applied to protect the imprint and give it the dome effect.
Can you print metallics?
Unfortunately we are unable to print metallics. We do offer a process silver or gold, but they aren’t shiny. Please feel free to ask and we can provide previous examples.
Do you have any limitations in doing custom shapes?
We are able to do most shapes, however we do have some limitations with our production process where we are unable to do deep indents or sharp points. Feel free to send in your artwork for us to do you a free virtual to show how close we’d be able to get.
What is your standard Production time?
Our typical production time is 5 to 7 business days after artwork approval before shipping for orders under 1000 units. Production time varies on larger quantities. Please contact us to enquire.
How do I calculate the Square Inches?
On all custom shapes, you multiple the height by the width to get your square inches. ex. 2″ High x 1.5″ wide = 3 Sq. In.
What is your minimum quantity and can we order less?
All of our products have a low 100 unit minimum order quantity, but if lower quantities are required, they can be produced at the same 100 unit quantity pricing plus a less than minimum charge of $59(g), starting at as low a quantity as you want.
What are your artwork requirements?
We have 2 Artwork Submission Options:

* Use the form found on our website to submit your artwork.
When submitting artwork, please specify the appropriate item number for your virtual sample. For custom shape requests, please add the size and dimensions of the required imprint area.
Vector EPS and PDF files are preferred (saved as CS5, or lower), but we accept the following formats at 300 DPI or better, jpeg or jpg, pdf, tif, psd.
Can you create my artwork?
Depending on the project, we may have art services available for an additional fee. Typically we will do minor adjustments and modifications only at no additional cost.
Do you offer FREE Online Virtual Samples?
Yes. Our virtual samples (E-Samples) are prepared within 24 business hours of artwork submission and will provide you with a detailed example of the final product to facilitate your buying decision. All virtual samples are supplied completely free of charge. Our quick and easy approval process will also identify required modifications before production and provide you with the best quality assurance. Custom virtual samples are also available for custom packaging requests.
Can I get samples?
Yes, we offer FREE random samples, we just ask that you cover shipping which is $12.00 for ground or $18.00 for 2 day air, which usually ship the same day or next depending on when we receive the request. We also offer spec samples, they are $5.00 each, plus shipping, which is the same as above, however they do take 2 -3 business days after artwork approval to produce prior to shipping.
Where do you ship from?
Our products ship from our facility in New Brunswick, Canada. If shipped on our UPS account, it is setup “FOB” Maine, meaning there won’t be any import or duty charges. We cannot guarantee this going on your account

Do you offer Custom packaging cards and what are the costs?
Yes. Custom imprint packaging cards are available to further maximize your message and they are excellent for business promotions, fundraising and awareness campaigns. All custom insert cards include a full color process on both sides of a 3.5” x 2” card. Free custom electronic samples are available within 24 hours of artwork submission.
Custom packaging option provides you with the ability to present a specific marketing message on the front and back of the packaging.
Card Customization costs:
100 – 249 units $0.49(g) per unit
250 – 499 units $0.39(g) per unit
500 – 999 units $0.31(g) per unit
1000 – 2499 units $0.24(g) per unit
2500 – 4999 units $0.15(g) per unit
5000 units and above $0.06(g) per unit
What Payment options do you offer?
All first orders are to be prepaid, Visa, MasterCard & Discover are accepted.
RUSH CHARGES (If rush production is possible)
For production times of less than 5 days (if possible) on quantities under 1000 units, add 20% to the product cost for covering additional production costs.
ORDER Acknowledgements
All purchase orders are acknowledged with a proforma invoice and a virtual sample to be approved and returned by fax or e-mail before production can start.
Do you offer Distributor Self Promotion discounts?
Yes. Available at EQP with actual distributor logo to be displayed prominently on the product.
Do you offer Licensed and Retail Manufacturing?
Yes. We are also a contract manufacturer of licensed, retail or any other specialty product.
We can provide start to finish prototyping and contract production of any licensed product, including: Sport Teams, Corporate Brands, Events, Music Bands, Fan Clubs, Memorabilia, Auto Racing, TV, Movies or any other licensed logos that have an official licensor approval.
What is you Return Order policy?
No orders can be returned without prior authorization. Disputes and claims must be made in writing to the factory within 5 business days following the receipt of merchandise.
What is your Cancelation policy?
Due to the custom nature of our products, any order cancelled or changed after production has started will be invoiced for all items produced up to the time of cancellation.
